Biography
Associate Professor specializing in Industrial Property Law. Graduate of the Magistère-DJCE (Corporate Legal Counsel Diploma), (Montpellier, 1999).
Holder of the DJCE Certificate in Distribution Law, Montpellier, 1999. Graduate of the CEIPI (Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies, Strasbourg, 2000).
Author of a thesis titled “Le règlement judiciaire et arbitral des contentieux internationaux sur brevets d’invention”, Preface by Jacques Raynard, Litec, Business Law Library Collection, 2006.
Her thesis received several distinctions, including the Cercle Montesquieu Award and the Business Law Book Prize 2007, presented by Minister Christine Lagarde, as well as the Véron & Associés Award (2008), presented by Alice Pézard, Counselor at the Court of Cassation.
