Montpellier Management’s Professionalization Department plays a key role in helping students find employment. Working closely with a strong network of local and international business partners, it helps hundreds of students each year achieve their career goals.
Thanks to partnerships with organizations such as CFA ENSUP LR, IFRIA Occitanie, DIFCAM, and CFA de l’Hospitalisation Privée, the service offers information sessions, practical workshops, and opportunities for discussion to effectively prepare students for work-study programs and entry into the workforce.
This fieldwork is reinforced by flagship events organized by the University of Montpellier, such as the University Job Forum, the “5 Minutes to Convince” competition, and the Transition to Employment Day.
For us, professionalization means personalized support, constant connection with the market, and a strong commitment to the employability of tomorrow’s talent.
At MOMA, student feedback helps us improve our programs
Each semester at Montpellier Management, we evaluate our programs and teaching based on feedback from our students. An anonymous online questionnaire, coordinated by our survey manager, allows us to gather their opinions on course content, teaching methods, and the organization of classes.
Once the data has been collected, analyses and summaries are produced and shared with the teaching teams. Consisting of specific recommendations, they can lead to concrete adjustments to improve teaching methods.
This approach ensures that our programs meet students’ expectations while maintaining a level of excellence in line with higher education standards.
