Carole Maurel

Carole Maurel is an Associate Professor of Finance at Montpellier Management, where she teaches at the undergraduate, master’s, and executive MBA levels. She holds a PhD in Corporate Finance.

She is a member of the Finance and Agri-Food research teams within the MRM (Montpellier Research in Management) laboratory, as well as a member of the Lab Entreprendre (Governance, Market Strategies, and Sustainable Performance research area).

Her research focuses on corporate finance and international management in SMEs, with a specialization in the wine industry and export performance. She also conducts research on cooperatives, responsible finance, agricultural and agri-food sector issues.
