Prépa-DSCG
Montpellier Management offers a preparatory course for the DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion). This program is organized in collaboration with theConseil Régional de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Montpellier and the Compagnie Régionale des Commissaires aux Comptes, to prepare students for the DSCG exams, the national accounting certification exam. Passing the DSCG is a required step to enter the internship phase and pursue the professional track in chartered accountancy. This program is characterized by:

Who is this for?
The target audience for this training program is students who wish to obtain the DSCG diploma in order to work in accounting fields (accounting, management control, auditing and finance).
Application requirements
The first year is open to students who hold a DCG, a master’s degree, or equivalent qualifications granted by the French Ministry of Education.
The second year is open to students who hold a master’s degree Accounting Auditing Control (CCA).
Final selection is based on the application file.
Foreign students who are not members of the European Union and do not have a French degree must first submit an application to CAMPUS France.
Applications will only be reviewed once this formality has been completed.

Duration and rythm
The 7 UE of the national exam are spread over the two years of training, covering more than 900 hours.
Objectives
The objectives of the program:
- To prepare for the DSCG national exam (7 UE, bachelor’s degree level, 180 ECTS credits)
- To acquire fundamental knowledge in terms of concepts, methodology and practical applications: case studies
- To supplement or to validate previous training and professional experience through customized preparation: individualized UE, assistance with VAE (validation of acquired experience) and through continuing education

- October to July: UE 2, 3, 5 et 6
- September: Intensive revision sessions – DU exams (revision 3 to 5 days per week)
- October : National exam
Preparation of:
UE 1 : Gestion juridique, fiscale et sociale
UE 4 : Comptabilité et audit
UE 7 : Mémoire
- November to January: UE 1 and 4 – UE 7 methodology
- February to April: 3 monts internship minimum
- May to July: UE 1 and 4 – writing the EU7 thesis
- September: Intensive revision sessions – DU exams
- October: National exam

Student assessment is based on a system of partials and continuous assessment, combining individual and group projects, thus guaranteeing the progressive acquisition of the skills necessary to obtain a state diploma.
