The Professional Bachelor’s Year 3 Accounting Assistant (AC) trains experts capable of performing duties under the supervision of certified public accountants, carrying out accounting, tax and social security tasks for companies of various sizes.
The professional bachelor’s degree is a state-recognized three-year degree that, through initial training, continuing education, or work-study programs, allows students to obtain a professional qualification in one year.

Application requirements
Professional Bachelor’s Year 3 Accounting Assistant (AC) is open to:
- students who have obtained a level III diploma with a strong focus on accounting and management (BTS Accounting and Management and BUT Business and Administration Management…).
- students who have obtained a level III diploma with a strong focus on either economics, law, and social sciences (L2 Law, Economics, and Economic and Social Administration), or management (L2 Management) and who wish to enter the job market directly.
Foreign students who are not members of the European Union and do not have a French degree must first submit an application to CAMPUS France.

Duration and rythm
The professional bachelor’s degree program lasts one year and is open to students who have completed two years after the BAC (BAC+2).
Objectives
The professional bachelor’s degree trains operational experts who are ready to take on the challenges of the job market as soon as they graduate.
Program
Students can choose to complete a first year of a bachelor’s degree in Management or AES at Montpellier Management or enroll in an equivalent program (BAC+1) that will earn them 60 ECTS credits.
Students can choose to complete a second year of a bachelor’s degree in Management or AES at Montpellier Management or enroll in an equivalent program (BAC+2) that will earn them 120 ECTS credits.
SEMESTRE 1 (30 ECTS)
UE1 – Compétences comptables (10 ECTS)
- Optimiser l’organisation comptable des TPE – Maîtriser les difficultés comptables – Réviser un grand livre – Établir les comptes annuels et la liasse fiscale – Conduite de mission de présentation – Conduite de mission d’examen limité et d’audit.
UE2 – Compétences juridiques (5 ECTS)
- Secrétariat juridique – Créer et gérer le dossier juridique Droit des sociétés, perfectionnement – SCI de gestion. Les points clés des sociétés.
UE3 – Compétences sociales (5 ECTS)
- De l’embauche à la rupture du contrat de travail – Les points clés du contrat de travail – Pratique de la paye : calcul rémunération et bulletins – aspects complexes spécificités des secteurs – Contrôles déclarations – Créer et gérer le dossier social – Choix d’un statut social.
UE4 – Compétences fiscales (5 ECTS)
- Déterminer le résultat d’une entreprise BIC / IS – Les difficultés de la détermination du résultat – Fiscalité des dirigeants – Optimiser la gestion fiscale des PME – Difficultés de la TVA – Les autres impôts et taxes – Révision fiscale du dossier.
