The Professional Bachelor’s Year 3 Payroll and Social Management (GPS) prepares graduates for employment in SMEs/SMIs, specialized payroll or HR management firms, and accounting firms.
The professional bachelor’s degree is a state-recognized three-year degree that, through continuing education or work-study programs, allows students to obtain a professional qualification in one year.

Application requirements
The Professional Bachelor’s Year 3 Payroll and Social Management (GPS) is open to:
- students who have successfully completed the first two years of BUT GEA, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or AES
- students who have obtained a BTS in Accounting and Organizational Management
Foreign students who are not members of the European Union and do not have a French degree must first submit an application to CAMPUS France.

Duration and rythm
The professional bachelor’s degree program lasts one year and is open to students who have completed two years after the BAC (BAC+2).
Objectives
The professional bachelor’s degree trains operational experts who are ready to take on the challenges of the job market as soon as they graduate.
Program
Students can choose to complete a first year of a bachelor’s degree in Management or AES at Montpellier Management or enroll in an equivalent program (BAC+1) that will earn them 60 ECTS credits.
Students can choose to complete a second year of a bachelor’s degree in Management or AES at Montpellier Management or enroll in an equivalent program (BAC+2) that will earn them 120 ECTS credits.

Student assessment is based on a system of partials and continuous assessment, combining individual and group projects, thus guaranteeing the progressive acquisition of the skills necessary to obtain a state diploma.
