The next call for applications for our exchange programs for the 2026-2027 academic year will open in January 2026.

Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1: Visit the International section of the Montpellier Management website

Step 2: Explore the available destinations

Step 3: Check that the academic calendar matches that of Montpellier Management (especially for Semester 1)

Step 4: Review the course offerings of the partner universities

Step 5: Download and fill in the proposed learning agreement

Step 6: Send an email with your proposed learning agreement attached to the academic coordinator (“Responsable Pédagogique”) of your program and the International Relations Office (CC)

Step 7: Once your learning agreement is approved, compile your application file

Step 8: Submit your full application on Moodle before the deadline

Language requirements

TOEIC: Required for programs with courses in English
You must have completed Spanish or German courses as part of your university curriculum: required for learning agreements involving courses taught in Spanish or German.
In most destinations, a B2 level is required to follow courses and take exams comfortably

Application timeline

JANUARY 2026: Opening of the first call for applications for study mobility programs for the first semester and the 2026-2027 academic year.

MID-MARCH 2026: Deadline for submitting applications for the first call.

APRIL 2026: Selection of candidates, notification of results, and nominations to partner universities.

MAI 2026: Opening of the second call for applications for study mobility programs for the second semester of 2026/2027 (L2, L3 IM and L3, M1).

END OF JUNE – BEGINNING OF JULY 2026: Deadline for submitting applications for the second call for applications. Selection of candidates and notification of results. Start of the administrative registration.

AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2026: Departure for host universities (S1 or academic year).

JANUARY– FEBRUARY – MARCH 2027: Departure for host universities (S2).
