Research chairs

Montpellier Management is committed to developing an ambitious policy of thematic chairs.

Each chair is supported by a team led by one or more renowned scientists who are professors and researchers at Montpellier Management and maintain close ties with the socio-economic world. These teams conduct research and provide initial and continuing education.

At Montpellier Management, the main missions of the chairs are:

• To support research programs by strengthening international partnerships;
• To develop training programs at the master’s and doctoral levels;
• To promote research results and strengthen ties with economic stakeholders by organizing conferences, establishing partnerships and implementation of executive training.

Most of the chair members belong to the MRM laboratory or another affiliated laboratory. In addition, the chairs may be affiliated with Lab Entreprendre, reflecting its structuring role. This new entity continues the research, training support, and promotion activities of Labex Entreprendre in close partnership with the PTL Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Sustainability program. The chairs may also be affiliated with the UM Foundation.
