Within Montpellier Management, the research teams MRM, LDP, CREAM, CEE-M, CDE, and the School of Law and Health include the majority of teachers-researchers.
Most of them are affiliated with the MRM research unit. This structure is unique in the French academic landscape of management laboratories, combining academic institutions (University of Montpellier and University of Perpignan) across a wide regional territory. Bringing together teachers-researchers and PhD students (38), MRM is one of the largest management laboratories in France. Its size, both in terms of teachers-researchers and PhD students, gives it a critical mass at the national and international levels.

L’activité scientifique est menée en collaboration avec le Lab Entreprendre. Il est l’unique “Laboratoire d’Excellence” dédié à l’entrepreneuriat retenu en France dans le cadre de l’appel à Projets des Investissements d’Avenir (PIA).
11 chaires ont été développées par Montpellier Management, en lien avec le Lab Entreprendre sur des thématiques majeures comme le développement durable, la santé et l’entrepreneuriat.
