Two majors are offered at MOMA: Management and Strategic Management, each tailored to the students’ goals and backgrounds.
Our Management and Strategic Management programs enable students to acquire comprehensive management skills and prepare for careers with responsibility, whether in business or within private or public organizations. The aim is to train high-level managers in highly specialized fields requiring advanced professional qualifications.
After graduation, students are able to lead and coordinate projects, manage teams, accurately analyze organizational needs, effectively manage change processes, and respond to environmental and social issues. Depending on their background, they can also develop specific skills, such as creating effective marketing strategies, negotiating with clients, carrying out consulting assignments, managing projects, or analyzing data to aid decision-making.
