Isabelle Bories-Azeau
Biography
Isabelle Bories-Azeau is a member of MRM Entrepreneurship.
Her research focuses on the emergence of a territorialized social regulation model based on the HRM practices of inter-company networks (training, GPEC) that promote the joint handling of HR issues at the territorial level. She has further developed this area of research by studying territorialized HRM systems linked to the territorialization of employment policies. This research has led her to address the issue of governance at the territorial level.
She is also interested in the governance of support for business creation as part of a research program at Lab Entreprendre. Her publications focus in particular on the emergence of regional entrepreneurial skills and the positioning of public actors (local authorities, institutions, representatives of the regional government) in the entrepreneurial ecosystem: the involvement of universities, and the coexistence of political leadership and expert leadership.
