April 2025:
File your Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DSN) online and report your 2024 gross payroll.
May 2025:
Declare via DSN:
- By May 5, 2025 for companies with 50+ employees
- By May 15, 2025 for other companies
The 0.09% balance of the apprenticeship tax will be paid to Urssaf and MSA, then transferred to the Caisse des Dépôts.
May 19 – June 27, 2025:
First Allocation Period
Access the SOLTéA website to allocate your apprenticeship tax.
- Log in using credentials from your Net-Entreprises account by clicking the SOLTéA tile and entering the requested information. Access becomes available the day after you activate the service.
- On SOLTéA, select Montpellier Management – UAI Code: 0342369R
- Choose the percentage you’d like to allocate to our training programs
May 19th 2025: SOLTéA opens for institutions
May 26th 2025: SOLTéA opens for employers
June 27th 2025: End of the first allocation period
From July 11th 2025: First fund transfers to institutions by employers
July 14th – October 24th, 2025:
Second Allocation Period

From November 7th 2025: Second fund transfers to institutions
