The THINK Lab: what is it?
A space for discussion and reflection that brings together partners, academics, and alumni to develop forward-looking proposals for businesses. Welcoming around thirty participants, the THINK Lab focuses on annual themes during collective intelligence workshops, where everyone contributes their experience and perspective.
Why create a THINK Lab?
Firstly, because the university is committed to fostering open, constructive thinking through the exchange of ideas. When the diversity of individual experiences meets academic inquiry, new and innovative pathways can emerge — advancing both knowledge and real-world impact.
Secondly, management education must stay attuned to a rapidly evolving professional world. How can we prepare students effectively without engaging with those who will one day hire them, or by overlooking the value of sharing real-life professional journeys?
The THINK Lab gives us the opportunity to bring together worlds that live side by side without really giving each other the time to listen and understand.
How to work together?
The THINK Lab is built on the principle of co-construction: times for discussion, reformulation, and shared feedback help stimulate ideation while ensuring the support of as many people as possible.
