Internships at Montpellier Management

Internships are an integral part of academic programs. They allow students to gain hands-on experience and better understand the expectations of the job market, serving as a bridge to their future careers.

At Montpellier Management, internships are assessed through a report up to Master 1, and through a thesis and oral defense in Master 2. On this page, you’ll find all the practical information related to your internship.

Finding an Internship

It is highly recommended to start looking for an internship at least four months before the start date — even earlier if the internship takes place abroad (additional administrative steps apply).

Internships must take place during periods defined by the institution.
They may extend beyond the minimum required duration, but must end no later than August 31st, the official end of the academic year.

Practical Information

The internship agreement must be completed via your ENT student portal, printed in three original copies (for the host organization, the student, and Montpellier Management), and signed before the start of the internship.
A certificate of civil liability insurance (from your insurer) must be attached to the agreement.

Signing an internship agreement is a moral commitment for the student. It must be respected until the end date, unless there are exceptional circumstances. In such cases, any interruption or intent to interrupt must be reported immediately to your program manager with a letter from both the student and the host company.
An amendment must also be submitted via the ENT portal.
