This page details the admission requirements and application processes for each of our programs. Please note that you can only complete your administrative enrollment at Montpellier Management after your application has been reviewed and officially accepted.
To enroll in the first year of a Bachelor’s program, you must apply through the Parcoursup platform.
Key Dates for Parcoursup Applications:
- December 18th, 2024: Platform opens for viewing available programs
- January 15th, 2025: Start of application submissions
- March 13th, 2025: Deadline for submitting applications
- April 2, 2025: Deadline to complete and confirm applications
- Late May to July 2025: Main admission phase (responses from institutions)
- June 2025 to September 11, 2025: Supplementary admission phase (opportunity to submit new applications)

Eligible Applicants:
- French students
- European Union (EU) students
- Students from Andorra, Switzerland, or Monaco
Exceptions (not required to use Mon Master):
- Non-EU international students residing in countries covered by the “Études en France” procedure; these applicants should apply through Campus France
- Students authorized to repeat the first year of a Master’s program
- Candidates wishing to be admitted to the first year of a master’s degree through a validation of higher education studies (VES); the validation of professional experience (VAPP) procedure is not managed by the platform
- Students whose course of study automatically provides for admission to the first year of a Master’s degree, in particular students on a Master’s degree in engineering course (CMI).
- Lastly, a small number of programs will not be using the Mon Master platform for recruitment to the first year of their master’s program, notably certain international master’s programs (M1 e-learning in partnership with the AUF, for example).
Key Dates for Mon Master Applications:
- February 3rd, 2025: Publication of available programs for September 2025
- February 25th – March 24th: Application submission period
- March 31st – June 1st: Application review period (for work-study applications, review ends April 30th; responses provided by May 2nd)
- June 2nd – June 16th: Main admission phase
- June 17th – July 17th: Supplementary admission phase
- June 17th – June 23rd: Submission and ranking of applications on waiting lists
- June 24th – July 7th: Review of applications
- July 8th – July 17th: Admission decisions
- Until end of August: withdrawal management
Admission requirements for e-learning programs vary based on the specific program.
Bachelor’s Degree (Licence 1):
No selection process; however, a general Baccalauréat with a focus on Mathematics and/or Economic and Social Sciences is strongly recommended due to the program’s emphasis on mathematics and statistics.
Applications should be submitted via the Parcoursup platform, selecting the e-learning option.
Bachelor’s Degree (Licence 2):
Open to holders of a first-year Licence Gestion or an equivalent Bac+2 level diploma recognized or registered with the RNCP*.
Applications: for CNED e-learning programs: via the eCandidat website; for AUF e-learning programs: via the AUF recruitment website.
Bachelor’s Degree (Licence 3):
Open to holders of a second-year Licence Gestion or an equivalent Bac+2 level diploma recognized or registered with the RNCP*.
Applications: for CNED e-learning programs: via the eCandidat website; for AUF e-learning programs: via the AUF recruitment website.
Year 1 of a Master’s Degree (Master 1):
Open to holders of a European Licence degree in Management, Economics, Law, Business, AES, or an equivalent Bac+3 level diploma recognized or registered with the RNCP*.
Applications: for CNED e-learning programs: via the Mon Master website; for AUF e-learning programs: via the AUF recruitment website.
Year 2 of a Master’s Degree (Master 2)
Open to holders of a Master 1 degree with comprehensive coursework in Marketing, Business, and Management, or an equivalent Bac+4 level diploma recognized or registered with the RNCP*.

Applications: for CNED e-learning programs: via the eCandidat website; for AUF e-learning programs: via the AUF recruitment website.
Please note:
Foreign Diplomas: Applicants with foreign degrees must provide:
- A French translation of their diploma(s) by a certified authority (e.g., French Embassy or Consulate).
- A comparability certificate for foreign diplomas (formerly known as a recognition of study level certificate), obtainable from the ENIC-NARIC center.
Applicants Without Required Diplomas: Individuals lacking the necessary academic qualifications but possessing relevant professional experience may apply through: Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE), Validation of Professional Acquisitions (VAPP).
These processes allow access to university programs by considering professional experience, prior training, and personal knowledge acquired outside formal education systems.
Please note that administrative procedures for e-learning programs differ from those for on-campus programs.
Tuition Fees: University fees for e-learning programs are equivalent to those for on-campus programs. However, additional fees may apply for services specific to e-learning.

Licence 1
- Students residing or studying in their home country must apply using the “DAP Blanche” (Demande d’Admission Préalable) through their local Campus France office.
- Non-EU students living or studying in France must apply with a “DAP Verte” (Demande d’Admission Préalable), which will be forwarded to Montpellier Management (Administrative Registration Office).
If the application is accepted, candidates must present the following documents on the day of administrative registration: a valid residence permit or visa, a proof of residence in France (e.g., rent receipt, electricity bill, phone bill, etc.), a proof of enrollment for the current academic year (if already studying in France).
Licence 2, Licence 3, and Master 2:
- Non-EU students living or studying in their country of origin must apply through their local Campus France platform.
- Non-EU students living or studying in France must apply through the Montpellier Management’s e-candidat website. If the application is accepted, candidates must present the following documents on the day of administrative registration: a valid residence permit or visa, a proof of residence in France (e.g., rent receipt, electricity bill, phone bill, etc.), a proof of enrollment for the current academic year (if already studying in France).
Master 1:

Application Response Timeline for 2024/2025:
For non-EU students applying to Montpellier Management through Campus France for the academic year 2025/2026:
- DAP (White and Green) applications for entry into Licence 1 AES or Licence 1 Gestion: Admission decisions will be communicated by April 30th, 2025, at the latest.
- Non-DAP applications for Licence 2, Licence 3, Master 1, Master 2, Prépa-DCG 1: Admission decisions will be communicated by May 31st, 2025, at the latest.
STUDENTS FROM THE EU
Application procedures for EU students follow the same steps as outlined on each program’s admission page:
- Licence 1: Apply via Parcoursup
- Licence 2, Licence 3, Professional Licences, Institutional Diplomas, Master 2: Apply via e-candidat
- Master 1: Apply via Mon Master
Registration fees for students from the European Economic Area (EU) and non-EU international students are the same as those paid by domestic students.
If you are studying at a partner university and wish to study at Montpellier Management for a semester or a full academic year:
- Contact the International Relations Office at your home university.
- Your university will then send an official nomination to the International Relations Office at Montpellier Management.
