This page provides detailed information about administrative registration at Montpellier Management. Whether you are a new student or re-registering, you will find all the essential information here: the steps to follow, required documents, and the timeline to observe.

You can only register at Montpellier Management if you have been officially admitted to one of our programs.

Important: Registration documents should not be sent by post or email.

Online or In-person Administrative Registration?

Online Administrative Registration: All students who are registering or re-registering in one of the programs listed in the table below are required to complete their administrative registration online.

Students in the following situations are also required to register in person: international students from non-EU countries, students previously enrolled at the University of Montpellier who do not have an active university account (ENT) due to an absence during the previous academic year.

Registration Requirements

Steps for a first-time registration: PRIMOWEB

Step 1: Your admission is confirmed on Parcoursup.

Step 2: Pay the CVEC fee via the CROUS website.

Step 3: Log in to Primoweb using your credentials (see administrative registration info).

Step 4: Within 15 minutes after payment, you will receive ENT login credentials by email.

Step 5: Upload your supporting documents on PJ WEB (available through your ENT). Please note: during the summer closure, submissions will not be reviewed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once validated.

Step 6: Once your file is approved, download your certificate of enrollment from your ENT.

Step 7: Collect your student card from Montpellier Management, provided you have uploaded a photo in the required format (.jpeg or .jpg) and all documents have been validated. Cards will be distributed at the start of the academic year.

Steps for re-registration: REINSWEB

Step 1: Pay the CVEC fee via the CROUS website.

Step 2: Log in to your ENT and click the “Re-registration” tab.

Step 3: Upload required documents via PJ WEB (available through your ENT). During the summer closure, submissions will not be reviewed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your file is validated.

Step 4: Once your file is validated, download your certificate of enrollment from your ENT.

Step 5: Collect your revalidation sticker for your student card at Montpellier Management once all documents have been approved.

If you’ve been admitted to L1 Gestion and are Interested in the “Bachelor in Administration” University Diploma (same curriculum, 50% of courses in English):

Please complete and return the registration form (available for download further down on this page, under the section “Useful documents”). The selection test for the DU Bachelor program will take place before the start of the academic year.

If you’re repeating a year (repeat students)

The re-registration process for repeating students is handled by the Registration Office (Building D, Room D110, 1st floor).

Repeating students in L1 AES / L1 Gestion who wish to re-register must first contact their academic advisor (responsable pédagogique) by email to validate their request.
At the time of re-registration, students must either present the acceptance email from their academic advisor or upload a PDF version of the email to PJWEB.

Depending on your program, registration is done online or in-person.

Online Administrative Registration

Please bring all required documents in paper format.

Step 1: Pay the CVEC fee via the CROUS website.

Step 2: Download the registration file (to be submitted completed and signed at the time of registration) and gather the required supporting documents (both the registration file and the list of required documents can be downloaded further down this page, under the section “Useful documents”).

Step 3: Download the underage registration authorization form, if applicable.
If you are unable to attend in person and wish to authorize someone to register on your behalf, download the proxy form (these forms are available further down on this page, under the section “Useful documents”).

Step 4: Book an appointment via Smartagenda.

Step 5: After payment:
First-time students receive their Scol’Pass and student card.
Returning students receive the Scol’Pass and a revalidation sticker for their student card.

Important:

  • Your registration will only be validated if all supporting documents are provided.
  • Only students required to register in person may come to campus.

If You Are Enrolled in Another Faculty at the University of Montpellier

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Admission confirmed via e-candidat or Mon Master.

Step 2: Pay the CVEC fee via the CROUS website.

Step 3: Log in to your ENT and select “Re-registration.”

Step 4: Upload all required supporting documents to PJ WEB (see the video guide) (the list of required documents can be downloaded further down on this page, under the section “Useful documents”).

Step 5: Once approved, download your certificate of enrollment via the ENT.

Step 6: Collect your validation sticker for your student card at Montpellier Management.

Steps for in-person registration:

Please bring all required documents in paper format.

Step 1: Pay the CVEC fee via the CROUS website.

Step 2: Download the registration file (to be submitted completed and signed at the time of registration) and gather the required supporting documents (both the registration file and the list of required documents can be downloaded further down this page, under the section “Useful documents”).

To request accommodations for coursework or exams:

Step 1: On the registration form, complete the “declare a disability situation” section.

Step 2:

  • First-time students: Complete the online form.
  • Returning students: Go to the “Handy” section of your ENT.

Step 3: Schedule an appointment with the Preventive Medicine and Handiversité services.

Requests for accommodations must be renewed each academic year before November 30th.

 

Would you like to enroll in a degree program at Montpellier Management?

Eligible: Students previously enrolled at UM who no longer have ENT access.

Steps for in-person registration:

Please bring all required documents in paper format.

Step 1: Pay the CVEC fee via the CROUS website.

Step 2: Download the registration file (to be submitted completed and signed at the time of registration) and gather the required supporting documents (both the registration file and the list of required documents can be downloaded further down this page, under the section “Useful documents”).

Step 3: Download the underage registration authorization form, if applicable.
If you are unable to attend in person and wish to authorize someone to register on your behalf, download the proxy form (these forms are available further down on this page, under the section “Useful documents”).

Step 4: Book an appointment via Smartagenda.

  • Copies and originals of diplomas
  • Birth certificate
  • Passport
  • VISA
  • Admission letter from Campus France or email from Montpellier Management

Proof of French language proficiency (for non-Francophone countries)

Exchange Students from Partner Universities: if you wish to study at Montpellier Management for a semester or year:

  • Contact the International Relations Office of your home university.
  • Your university will then send an official nomination to the International Relations Office at Montpellier Management.

  • In-Person Administrative RegistrationNational Degrees & University Diplomas – Open to all, including apprentices: Monday, August 25th, 2025 (2:00 PM)
  • All registrations (online and in-person for initial training, national diplomas, excluding University Diplomas): Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 (evening)
  • No assistance will be available during this period. We strongly encourage you to complete your registration steps in advance whenever possible.

Students must complete online administrative registration before the first day of class.

  • If you already have a signed apprenticeship contract, you must complete your in-person registration in July.
  • If you are still looking for a contract, do not register yet. Continue your search; your situation will be reviewed at the beginning of the academic year if no contract is secured.

No assistance will be available during this period. We strongly encourage you to complete your registration steps in advance whenever possible. Students enrolled in continuing education must contact the Continuing Education Office (SFC) of the University of Montpellier.

Tuition Fees – Academic Year 2025/2026

Scholarship holders
Students who can present a conditional scholarship notification from the CROUS, clearly stating the program and institution, are exempt from tuition fees. The CROUS will cover the cost on their behalf.

Non-scholarship students

  • Licence (Bachelor’s Degree): 178 € for the academic year 2025/2026 (this includes diploma fees, tuition, and university library access)
  • Master’s Degree: 254€ for the academic year 2025/2026 (this includes diploma fees, tuition, and university library access)

Before submitting a formal complaint, you must contact the Montpellier Management Academic Office (service de scolarité) in case your issue can be resolved quickly and easily.

Only if no solution is found, you may submit a formal complaint, clearly outlining the steps you have already taken.

Once your complaint has been submitted, a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
