La procédure de réorientation en 1re année de licence AES / Gestion à l’issue du 1er semestre permet aux étudiants de changer de parcours universitaire en cours d’année, sous certaines conditions.

The reorientation process allows L1 AES / L1 Gestion students to change academic paths mid-year, under certain conditions, at the end of the first semester.

Eligible Students

This reorientation applies only to students enrolled in the first year of a higher education institution (Licence-Bachelor’s degree, BUT, preparatory classes) or in a secondary school (BTS programs or preparatory classes for Grandes Écoles).

Procedure

The reorientation application form, along with all required supporting documents, must be submitted by email no later than the deadline indicated on the form.
A pedagogical committee will review and assess all submitted reorientation requests.
The decision of the committee will be communicated by email to each applicant.

Registration

Students who receive a positive decision will be authorized to enroll in Semester 2 of the 1st year of the Bachelor’s degree.
A list of required documents will be provided in the confirmation email.
Enrollment must take place exclusively on the specified dates at the Montpellier Management registration office (Office D111 bis).

Academic Organization

  • Classes for the L1 AES / Gestion will resume on (updated date to be confirmed). Timetables will be published and accessible via the ENT (Digital Workspace).
  • Academic compensation applies between the two consecutive semesters of the same academic year (arrêté du 1er août 2011-art 16).
  • To validate Semester 1, students must take the exams scheduled for May/June 2026.
  • Passing the full year gives 60 ECTS credits.
