Montpellier Management

Montpellier Management relies on its teacher-researchers, research teams, and research chairs to develop innovative knowledge and expertise.

More than 50 teacher-researchers, research engineers, and PhD, all recognized experts in their fields, work closely with businesses and public organizations. Their goal: to design innovative management models tailored to today’s economic challenges.

The research conducted at Montpellier Management finds concrete applications across a wide range of sectors. This dynamic approach fosters strategic partnerships with stakeholders in banking, accounting, healthcare, agri-food, retail, entrepreneurship and public organizations.

In this way, Montpellier Management plays an active role in driving innovation and organizational transformation.

This ability to connect research, education, and knowledge transfer is further strengthened by an ambitious policy of developing research chairs.

Each year, several research assistant positions are offered to Montpellier Management students to reinforce the link between teaching and research. These assistants support the work of teacher-researchers while gaining first-hand experience in research. Introductory research courses are also available, including opportunities to participate in research projects, particularly within the chairs.

Montpellier Management also offers, in partnership with IAE and Montpellier Recherche en Management (MRM), a Master’s program in Research and Management Studies. Personalized support is provided to PhD students in coordination with the Doctoral School of Economics and Management (EDEG).

MOMA’s scientific activity is structured around several areas: research programs, academic publications, doctoral research and scientific events. Each year, research teams organize numerous events such as conferences, workshops, round tables, and visiting professor sessions.

Professionals and students are regularly invited to take part in these events, which serve as platforms for dialogue and knowledge sharing on recent scientific progress in management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
