Welcome to MOMA !
Associations
Our student associations play a central role on campus and in student life, organizing many events throughout the year.

Beach volleyball integration events, “Kitch Pétanque,” “MOMA Boyard,” and even a padel tournament: you’ll never get bored with the MOMA SPORT CLUB! In addition to integration and team-building sporting events, the association manages men’s and women’s soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, and rugby teams that compete in university championships.

The BDE BAMM organizes festive events for students. The ski week in January kicks off the calendar, followed by the GALA, which usually takes place during the first quarter of the year. The association also offers an orientation evening and orientation weekend to welcome new students.

It was founded in 2022 and has grown significantly since then, now counting nearly 20 cheerleaders. They train every week, supervised by two co-captains. The team is open to everyone, girls and boys alike. All you need is a desire to dance and enjoy coming to cheer on the team at games!
Libraries
The Richter University Library (BU) offers a workspace and documentation center, not far away from Building B and the Student House (MDE). Renovated in 2018, it offers free study rooms (reservation required), documentation and relaxation areas, with an unbeatable view of the Lez River. It is equipped with computers, photocopiers, printers, scanners, and lends headphones, laptops, and tablets for home use.
A 10-minute walk from Montpellier Management is the Émile Zola Media Library, served by tram line 1, “Place de l’Europe” station. A news forum, auditorium, and exhibition hall sit alongside specialized libraries covering history and society, science, arts and literature, research, and heritage.
Culture
The Art and Culture Department at the University of Montpellier offers its students a wide range of cultural activities. From art workshops and exhibitions to theater performances and shows, the full calendar can be found on their website.
In addition to these events, students can download the YOOT app, which is an online ticket office offering events at ultra-discounted prices. Concert and show tickets starting at €5, movie tickets starting at €4, it’s the perfect way to discover Montpellier! Only the membership fee is payable: €9 per year (valid until the end of August).

It is also intended for the victim’s family and friends and the entire university community. The university is a place where equality is an inalienable principle, and it will not tolerate such behavior. This guide can be found on our website, right here.

Meals can be paid for with a student card, which can be topped up on a phone using the Izly app.
There are also many restaurants and food stores around the campus, particularly on Rue Vendémiaire, offering student discounts. To help you eat well without breaking the bank, several associations regularly organize free distributions of food and hygiene products (upon presentation of your student card). Find the distribution calendar right here.
