Florence Palpacuer

Florence Palpacuer is a management lecturer at Montpellier Management. She is co-founder of the Organization and Societal Change group within MRM.

Former consultant for the International Labour Organization, Florence Palpacuer has been studying globalization processes and their social consequences for 20 years, with a recent focus on worker resistance movements and social justice in global value chains.

She has published over 50 articles and books on these topics in journals such as Human Relations, World Development, Economy & Society or the British Journal of Industrial Relations. She is also co-founder of the Responsible Global Value Chains initiative, established in 2016.
