Biography

Karine Garcia has been a lecturer in marketing at Montpellier Management since September 2017. She obtained a PhD in management sciences from the University of Montpellier in 2016, focusing on the study of co-creation processes and their impact on consumers. Her research topics mainly focus on the wine and agri-food sectors. She favors pluralistic research methods, combining qualitative and experimental approaches.

She currently teaches Introduction to Marketing (in English), Marketing in SMEs, International Marketing, Marketing and Innovation, and Quantitative Research Methods.

Before embarking on an academic career, she was a sales manager at the Castel Group and created a wine tourism events company.
