The Master Business Development Management (MBD) (E-Learning) trains students in business development, negotiation and customer relationship management. The program emphasizes international outreach, digital technology and social and environmental responsibility. Who is this for?
The Master MBD (e-learning) is designed for future professionals seeking to specialize in business development and customer relationship management. This program provides essential skills in management, business development, negotiation, CSR, digital tools, human resources and customer relations.
Application requirements
The Master 1 is open to students who hold a European bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Law, Business, Applied Economic Sciences or any other three-year degree (subject to the decision of the academic committee) that is accredited or listed in the RNCP and validated by the completion of 180 ECTS credits.
The Master 2 is open to:
- Directly to students holding the M1 Business Development Management (MBD) (E-Learning) from Montpellier Management (without an application or interview)
- Students with a Master’s 1 degree with in-depth and comprehensive coursework in marketing, business and management or any four-year degree (subject to the decision of the academic committee) that is accredited or listed in the RNCP and validated by the completion of 240 ECTS credits.

Duration and rythm
The master’s program lasts two years, from M1 to M2. Students can enter the master’s program in the first or second year.
Objectives
The objectives of this program are to train experts in business development and customer relationship management who are capable of thriving in international and digital environments. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to design and implement development strategies that incorporate ethical considerations and corporate social responsibility, including environmental and social dimensions, as well as major digital transformations.

Tuition fees
Master’s degree: €254 for the 2025/2026 academic year (this fee includes diploma fees, tuition fees, and university library membership).
For students receiving scholarships who provide proof of conditional notification at the time of registration, no registration fees will be charged. The CROUS will pay the registration fees owed to the institution through the scholarships allocated to the student.
In addition, all students enrolled in initial training at a higher education institution must pay the Student and Campus Contribution (CVEC) before registering. This can be done online at cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr
