Application procedures for exchange students

You will find below details about the nomination and application procedures, along with the required supporting documents for the exchange application.

An official nomination from your home university is required to participate in the exchange program.

Nominations (student’s full name, email address, level and field of study, date of birth) must be sent to moma-ri@umontpellier.fr by:

  • 15 May: autumn semester (September to December) or full academic year (Septembre to April/May) mobilities ;
  • 31 October: spring semester (January to April/May) mobilities.
After receiving your official nomination, the International Relations Office will send you an email inviting you to complete your online application via Moveon.

  • Reserved for exchange programme students only;
  • Available in French and in English;
  • Fields to be completed carefully:
    Fiel of studies > Your mobility (2026-2027)

    • Hosting faculty or instiute: Montpellier Management (obligatoire)
    • Field of studies: Management MOMA

Required documents

Mandatory:

  • Copy of ID document;
  • ID photo;
  • Language certificate;
  • Learning agreement signed by you and your home university (Montpellier Management does not sign it at this stage).

Optional:

  • Transcripts of records from the last 2 academic years;
  • Most recent diploma.

📌 The learning agreement is provisional and may be modified during the mobility period.

Application deadlines

  • 15 June: Fall semester or full academic year;
  • 30 November: Spring semester.

⚠️ Applications submitted after these deadlines will not be accepted.

Language level

  • Most courses are taught in French, with some courses available in English;
  • A B2 level is recommended in the chosen language of instruction;
  • An official certificate or a certificate from the home university is accepted.

 

In the event of acceptance, a letter of admission will be sent by email by the International Relations Office of Montpellier Management.

The application review process may take several weeks.

If you are ultimately unable to participate in the exchange programme, you must inform the office as soon as possible by email at moma-ri@umontpellier.fr
