The Professionalization Department

Montpellier Management’s Professionalization Service plays a key role in students’ career integration. Closely connected with a strong network of economic stakeholders, both regional and international, it supports hundreds of students each year in successfully achieving their professional goals.

Thanks to partnerships with organizations such as CFA ENSUP LR, IFRIA Occitanie, DIFCAM, and the CFA of Private Hospitals, the service offers information sessions, practical workshops, and exchange opportunities to effectively prepare students for work-study programs and entering the workforce.

This hands-on approach is reinforced by major events organized by the University of Montpellier, such as the University Job Fair, the “5 Minutes to Convince” competition, and the Transition to Employment Day.

For us, professionalization means personalized support, continuous connection with the job market, and a strong commitment to the employability of tomorrow’s talent.

At MOMA, student feedback drives the evolution of our programs

Every semester at Montpellier Management, we evaluate our programs and courses based on student feedback. An anonymous online questionnaire, coordinated by our survey officer, gathers opinions on course content, teaching methods, and course organization.

After data collection, analyses and summaries are produced and shared with teaching teams. These include precise recommendations that can lead to concrete adjustments to improve the courses.

This process ensures that our programs align with student expectations while maintaining a high standard consistent with higher education requirements.
